On Friday, 11.11. from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the tasting room of Vinoplod Winery you will be able to attend an interesting panel discussion open to the public, on the topic "Wine tradition of Dalmatia", whose guests will be Krešimir Lokas - director of Vinoplod Vinarije d.o.o., Krešimir Šakić - director of the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board, Tina Biluš - president of the Association of Tourist Guides Mihovil Šibenik, Marija Krnčević Rak - senior curator of the Museum of the City of Šibenik and Mandica Erceg - manager of the production technology process of Vinoplod Winery.
In the evenings from 7:30 p.m., you can expect a program of wine baptisms and dinners in courses with young wines. A 4-course dinner is prepared for you by the young but experienced Šibenik gastro virtuoso Grgo Bačelić, who will delight you with his selection of dishes!
Warm focaccia with young olive oil and sour cream awaits you as a welcome. The first course will be sardines on savor with Vinoplod prosecco and purple capule on a cheese cracker, with a spread of black olives. In the second course, beetroot orzot with goat's curd and tangerines awaits you. In the third course, visitors will be able to taste cuttlefish or squid ragout and fresh butternut squash with a side of creamy black polenta. At the end, you can expect a Vinoplod dessert with Prosecco.
The price of the program and dinner in four courses, per person is HRK 200. Tickets can be purchased at the Vinoplod Winery Discount (entrance to the Winery), but hurry, because the number of places is limited.
